Announcement Detail	United Wire Factories Company is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders the start date of electronic voting on the items of the 15th Ordinary General Assembly meeting, which will be held at exactly 9.30PM o’clock in the evening on Wednesday 14/09/1444 AH corresponding to 05/04/2023 AD via modern remote technology means. registration and attendance at the assembly will be limited to entering my trading system, and voting on the assembly’s items will be limited to electronic voting only. Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulaty) services website, starting at 10 am on Friday 09/09/1444 AH corresponding to 31/03/2023 AD and will continue until the end of the meeting time, on Wednesday 14/09/1444 AH corresponding to 05/04/2023 AD.Note that registration on the Tadawulaty Services website is available at the link (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa), and voting is free for all shareholders (attachment is a file explaining the electronic voting process). Questions and inquiries from valued shareholders will be received during the assembly by contacting the Shareholders Relations Department at the e-mail: Shareholders@unitedwires.com.sa, with the need to mention the full name and ID number so that we can match the data and respond to the inquiries submitted. We would like to note that there will be a live audio broadcast of the Assembly through the link available in my trading system.
