United Wire Factories Co. Announces the end of the creditors’ objection period.

On Thursday, 18 May 2023, published on the Tadawul website regarding the start of the Creditors’ Objection Period to the process of reducing the Company’s capital, as per the provisions of Article (135) of the Companies Law, United Wire Factories Co. announces the following:

– The end of the Creditors’ Objection Period at the end of Saturday, 1 July 2023, while United Wire Factories Co. didn’t receive any objection from any creditor during that period.
