The purpose of this list, which was prepared on the basis of Article (10) paragraph “c” from the list of corporate governance issued by the Capital Market Authority and in accordance with a set of basic principles contained in the statute of the company and corporate system, and in accordance with the rules and regulations and financial instructions issued by the Capital Market Authority which aims to highlight the policies, rules and standards adopted by the company in the practice of the concepts of , the principles of corporate governance and ensuring the protection of shareholders’ equity and the rights of stakeholders, and activating the principle of transparency and disclosure in a manner fair to all investors.
