United Wire Factories Company announces the starting date of electronic voting on the 17th Extraordinary General Assembly meeting agenda (First Meeting) through means of modern technology

Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulati services website starting at one o’clock in the morning on Thursday 16/10/1445 AH corresponding to 25/04/2024 AD, and will continue until the end of the assembly’s meeting time.

Note that registration on the Tadawulaty services website is available at the link (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa), and voting is available free of charge to all shareholders (attached is a file explaining the electronic voting process).
